Returns & Exchanges

At Roxio Spray, we want you to feel great about every spray.

If something’s not working for you, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and straightforward.

Within 30 days of purchase and unused: Eligible for refund, exchange, store credit, or replacement.

31–60 days from purchase or used: Eligible for store credit or exchange subject to a restocking fee of $15.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For sprays, at least 95% of the contents must remain for a full refund.

Final sale items cannot be returned.

You’re responsible for return shipping.

We offer a flat-rate return label for $10 (U.S. addresses only), deducted from your refund or credit.

Exchanges ship free.

Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges: Ship within 72 business hours after your return arrives.

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received.
